Sixto Rodriguez was professionally known as Rodriguez. Rodriguez never found much success in the United States, but was a legend of sorts in Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa. Did you know that Pee-Wee Herman was in The Raconteurs' "Steady As She Goes" video? Well, now you do. Jack White remained friends with Pee-Wee after meeting him on the set of the video shoot. White's children’s book, We’re Going To Be Friends, features illustrations by an animator who worked on the Pee-Wee’s Playhouse series (Elinor Blake).
